Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period charge is 24 hours, meaning that if you rent a car for only a few hours, a full day’s rate will still apply. For instance, renting from Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon incurs a two-day charge.

2. Rental Extension

If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform the rental agent in advance.

3. Fuel Level at Return

You must return the car with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. If the fuel level is lower, the difference will be charged at the rates set by the rental company. Any excess fuel is not reimbursed.

4. Cleanliness at Drop-Off

If the car is too dirty at drop-off to check for condition or assess scratches and dents, a car wash fee is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Insurance Coverage

The standard insurance does not cover damages to wheels, the undercarriage, windscreen, or the vehicle’s interior.

6. Insured Incident Notification

In the event of an insured incident, you must immediately inform the rental agent and obtain an infringement notice unless otherwise arranged. Failing to meet these conditions voids the vehicle’s insurance, making you fully liable.

7. Insurance Void in Cases of Neglect

The insurance is void if the car sustains deliberate damage from intentional vandalism or neglect.

8. Road Restrictions

Rental cars are permitted only on paved public roads.

9. Cross-Border Travel

If you want to cross borders, please contact us at contact@rentvehicleonline.com. Prices and conditions depend on the duration, vehicle type, and rental company policy.

10. Contact Requirements

The contact phone number provided during booking, complete with the correct country code, must be reachable throughout the rental period and the day prior to pick-up. We cannot address service quality issues if contact with the renter via phone or messaging (Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram) was unsuccessful.

11. Renter's Responsibility

It is the renter's responsibility to pay for any fines, fuel, and parking fees.

12. Driver Requirements

Minimum age and driving experience requirements are listed on each car’s page, as they may vary even among similar models. The rental agent reserves the right to deny service if the driver’s age or experience does not meet the car’s requirements.

13. Use of Filters

Please use filters to find cars that meet your criteria.

14. Driving License Requirements

A valid national driving license in Latin characters is required to rent a car. Copies and electronic licenses are not accepted. If your license is only valid in the issuing country, it is recommended to carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) and present it upon request.

15. Credit Card Requirements

If a deposit is required on a credit card, it must be a nominative card in the main driver’s name.

16. Pet Policy

Only small pets may travel in rental cars and must remain in travel carriers.

17. Using Car Booking System on "Rent Vehicle Online"

Renot Software OU offers all eligible persons (excluding those under 18 or from countries not serviced according to our internal policies) the opportunity to accept this public offer and form a Customer Agreement by agreeing to the terms and conditions. We help you find optimal car rental deals and reserve your preferred vehicle.

18. Booking Payment

When booking, an advance payment of 10% of the vehicle’s cost is made. The remainder is payable to the rental agent upon pick-up.

19. Booking Cancellation or Modification

To cancel your reservation, please email us at contact@rentvehicleonline.com with "Cancel" in the subject line and include your booking confirmation (voucher). 50% of prepayment is refundable

20. Liability, Insurance, and Deposit Policy

Insurance Responsibility: If the rental company does not offer a specific insurance option, or if an insurance option is available but not selected by the renter, the renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damages, losses, or liabilities that occur during the rental period. Deposit and Compensation: If the rental company requires a deposit, any damages or liabilities incurred during the rental period will first be deducted from the deposit. If the total cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the rental company reserves the right to demand additional compensation from the renter to cover the full extent of the damages. Liability in the Absence of a Deposit: If a rental company does not require a deposit, and the rented vehicle does not have a specific insurance policy covering the damages, the renter is fully liable for all repair and compensation costs. In such cases, the rental company has the right to request full reimbursement from the renter for any damages or losses incurred.

21. Modifying a Booking

To modify a booking, cancel the existing reservation and create a new one. Note that once canceled, the vehicle becomes available to other customers.

22. Vehicle Information

GlobalVehicleRent`s online booking system provides information on cars owned by rental companies under partnership agreements. For inquiries about vehicle condition, service quality, and compliance, please contact the rental agents directly using the contact details provided in the confirmation email.

23. Alternative Vehicle Policy

If the rental company cannot provide the reserved car due to a breakdown or force majeure, they must supply a vehicle of equal or higher class under the same terms and price. In such cases, the service is considered fully rendered.
